PRACTICAL NECESSITY AND IMPLEMENTATION TOOLS

 

The Arbitration - Mediation Symposium 2025 is the key event within the AMS 2025 series. Building upon discussions from the 03 Workshops, the Symposium aims to provide additional insights and introduce new perspectives from both the practical application of arbitral proceedings in Vietnam and international experiences.

Focusing on during and after dispute resolution hearings, the Symposium will analyze key challenges in the operation of arbitration proceedings and examine time management mechanisms that have been effectively implemented in various jurisdictions. With two sessions — Plenary Session and Specialized Session — the Symposium is expected to foster dynamic discussions, compile valuable insights and propose practical, feasible recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce arbitration dispute resolution time.
